When I first found this recipe on Youtube, my first thought was it was doable, as long as I have free time. So after weeks, we finally having a long weekend from Raya holiday. So, here I am trying to my hands on this simple but time consuming recipe.    A big thank you to MOMMY OVEN who shared this really wonderful recipe with clear instructions on how to make them successfully.    This recipe calls for 4 parts of dough proof. In total, you will need 2 1/2 hours of dough proof to complete this recipe. So plan your time ahead if you wish to try making this. HBP #1: Cinnamon Rolls

These are quick and easy to make cinnamon rolls. I searched Youtube for days to finally find an easy (but probably unorthodox) but sure win recipes and try them. Thankfully the rolls turned out wonderful with fluffy textures and savory taste.  A credit to Bincy Chris, whom I found on Youtube. Your cinnamon rolls recipe was amazing. This year, our country Malaysia is facing yet another COVID-19 crisis. Last year when everything started, our country acted fast and their speedy decision aided us in managing and controlling the numbers. However, we had a change in government and no matter how hard they tried, things just didn't improve. And here we are, MCO 3.0. Although my state Sarawak is under CMCO as opposed to total MCO in other states, we are trying hard to find things to make our daily lives at home as interesting as possible so we don't get tempted to go out.  Alright.
