HBP #1: Cinnamon Rolls
These are quick and easy to make cinnamon rolls. I searched Youtube for days to finally find an easy (but probably unorthodox) but sure win recipes and try them. Thankfully the rolls turned out wonderful with fluffy textures and savory taste.
A credit to Bincy Chris, whom I found on Youtube. Your cinnamon rolls recipe was amazing. I shared them with my colleagues and friends. They all tried it and they had success making them too.

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Prepare The Dough
To active your yeast: Into the mixing bowl, add yeast and warm milk. Mix lightly and let it sit for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add egg, sugar, salt and softened butter. Mix all wet ingredient together, ensuring the sugar and salt are diluted.
Then, add in all the flour. Combine everything together with a spatula, until all the flour are in the mix and the dough no longer sticking to the mixing bowl.
Transfer the dough to a kneading board. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, or until the dough no longer stick to your fingers and your kneading surface. Your dough should appear to have smooth surfaces than when you started.
If your dough remains wet and sticky after 5 minutes, you may add a little bit of flour on the kneading surface while you knead the dough. If your dough was too crumbly or dry, you may add a little milk into the dough. You may adjust as the consistency depend on the type of flour you use and how humid or dry your room is. Practice makes perfect so you will get better as understanding the tactile feeling of your dough the more you practice.
After kneading for 5 minutes, flatten your dough a little bit and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Resting is not proofing. It is to relax the dough. Ensure to cover the dough with a cling film to prevent dehydration.
While resting the dough, let's prepare the cinnamon filling.
Mix the soft brown sugar with the cinnamon sugar. Ensure they are combined well together to prevent clumping.
Step 2: Divide & Shape
After 5 minutes of rest, gently flatten your dough and using a rolling pin, roll your dough into a large rectangular. Most of us may not get the perfect rectangular. But it is alright. Take your time.
Roll your dough as thin as you can. Then gently spread the softened butter onto the surface of your rolled dough.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mix evenly onto the surface. You may use your hands or spatula, or whichever methods you are comfortable with.
Then from one end of the dough, roll the dough forward.
Pinch the ends of the rolled dough to seal the ends.
Grease your baking pans with butter.
Divide your rolls into even pieces. Make an indentation with a butter knife.
Cut your divided rolls and place them in the baking pan evenly.
Step 3: Proof The Rolls
Cover your rolls with a cling film.
Let them proof for 50-60 minutes depending on how warm your room is. It'll be much easier if you are living in a warm and humid environment.
By the end of the proofing, your rolls should have doubled in size.
Step 4: Bake The Rolls
Preheat your oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes before you bake the rolls.
Bake your rolls 175-180C for 18-20 minutes, depending on your oven specification.
If your rolls has not turned golden brown, you should adjust your oven temperature and time accordingly.
After baking, leave your rolls to rest and cool down completely.
BAKING COMPLETE...
Based on my experience, this recipe tends to taste so much better after you chilled your rolls and warm them up in a microwave for 30-60 seconds.
I like to enjoy my rolls with a cup of hot Americano without sugar.
I hope your rolls will turn out yummy.
